Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Shipping Fees for Returns

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• A $20 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If you opt for an exchange, the shipping fee will still apply.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Refunds

Exchanges

We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

• After this time, the order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
